AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($25,000.00) FROM THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE
IN THE STREET FUND TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF STREETS IN THE COLISEUM URBAN
RENEWAL PROJECT AS PART OF A COOPERATION AGREE-
MENT WITH THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the un-
expended balance in the Street Fund the sum of $25,000.00, said
funds to be used in the construction of various improvements in
the Coliseum Urban Renewal Project pursuant to the cooperation
agreement between the City of Little Rock and the Little Rock
Housing Authority as authorized by Resolution No. 3,907 adopted
January 2, 1968.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
