ORDINANCE NO. 12,276
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, OF THE NORTH
ONE -HALF (N'k) NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW'k) SOUTHEAST
QUARTER (SE k), SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE
12 WEST
WHEREAS, the County Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
entered its Order on August 12, 1969, upon the Petition of
Industrial Development Company of Little Rock, being a majority
of the owners of all the property affected, and owning all of
same, after due notice of hearing on said Petition for the
time and in the manner prescribed by law, ordering the annexation
to the City of Little Rock of the following described lands
located in Pulaski County, Arkansas:
The North One -Half (Nk) Northwest Quarter
(NWk) Southeast Quarter (SEk), Section 32,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West.
WHEREAS, more than thirty (30) days have elapsed since the
entry of said Order of the County Court of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and no person, firm or corporation has instituted any
proceeding in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, or
elsewhere, to prevent such annexation, and no protestants have
appeared and no notice given to the authorities of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, of any attempt to vacate, review, set
aside or appeal from the said Order of the County Court; and
WHEREAS, said above described lands are contiguous to and
adjoin the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, acting
through this Board of Directors, does hereby approve the
annexation of, and does hereby accept and make a part of the
incorporated area of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, all of
the lands described hereinabove in this Ordinance.
SECTION 2. It is further ordered that said lands be, and
they are hereby, assigned and attached to and made a part of
the 4th Ward of said City of Little Rock.
