AN ORDINANCE CONDEMNING'CtRTAIN'PARCELS OF
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN PULASKI COMM,
ARKANSAS, TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF ES-
TABLISHING AND PROVIDING AN EASEMENT ACROSS
SAID PROPERTY FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF THE
LITTLE ROCK PORT INDUSTRIAL PARK SANITARY SEWER
SYSTEM; DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO BRING
CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS AGAINST SAID PARCELS
OF REAL PROPERTY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The following described parcels of real property are
hereby condemned for the purpose of establishing and providing an
easement for the Little Rock Port Industrial Park Sanitary Sewer
System and the City Attorney is hereby ordered and directed to
file in the proper Courts a condemnation proceeding against the
said parcel of real property:
PARCEL I:
An Easement across a parcel of land located in
Lots 11 and 12 of the L. P. Coleman Subdivision,
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner, SEA, NW-14-, Section
16, thence North 89 010'43" W 458.1 feet along
the South line of Lot 12, L. P. Coleman Sub-
division, to the point of beginning; thence
N 1 029125" E 947.4 feet to a point, said point
being on the extended North line of Lot 7, Block
14, Richland Subdivision; thence N 89 022'8" W
20.00 feet along said North line to a point;
thence S 1 029125" W 947.4 feet to a point, said
point being on the South line of Lot 12; thence
S 89 010'43" E 20.00 feet along said South line
to the point of beginning. Easement contains
0.43 acres, more or less.
The apparent owner of the above described parcel no. 1 is
James Lasley, Trustee.
PARCEL II:
An Easement across a portion of Lot 10, L. P. Coleman Sub-
division, Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 81.04 feet North of South
line on the East line of the West 203.00 feet
of Lot 10, thence North 499.05 feet to the NW
corner of the West 203.00 feet of said Lot 10,
thence turn 9 018' right, 55.73 feet to a point,
thence turn 99 018' left, 11.00 feet to a point,
thence turn 90 00' right, 444.05 feet to a point,

thence turn 90 °0' right, 20.00 feet to the
point of beginning. Easement contains .23
acres, more or less.
The apparent owner of the above described parcel no. 2 is
Ben C. Isgrig.
The property hereinabove described is necessary to the public
for the purpose of establishing and providing an easement for the
Little Rock Port Industrail Park Sanitary Sewer System.
SECTION 2. The City Attorney is further authorized to secure an
Order of the Court allowing the City to take immediate possession
of the properties hereinabove described upon the posting of a bond
in an amount to be determined by the Court pending \final determination
of the condemnation proceedings.
SECTION 3. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
