AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING Two THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500:00) FROM THE UN-
EXPENDED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND TO
MAKE PAYMENT UNDER A PROPOSED CONTRACT WITH
LITTLE ROCK ABSTRACT COMPANY FOR ABSTRACTING
TO BE DONE IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROPOSED
ANNEXATION OF THE COLLEGE STATION COMMUNITY
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($2,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the unexpended balance of
the general fund to Budget Account 6 -609 Administrative & General -
Contractual Services, to make payment on a proposed contract with
Little Rock Abstract Company for abstracting to be done within a
three week period in connection with the proposed annexation of
the College Station Community to the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
