AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 6400 BLACK WEST INTERSTATE
#30 in THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -2296 - Described as the *, S*A SE1-4 NE34,-, and the Eg of
SA4- S1+4 NE4, all in Section 36, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski
County, Arkansas. From: "A "- One - family District To: "I" -Light Industrial
District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map ", be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
