AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 10300 RODNEY PARHAM ROAD IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
Section I. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -22039 - Described as part of Tracts I and 7, Colony West
Commercial Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more
particularly described as:
Beginning at the common corner bets
7; thence South 4° 53' 30" W along
369.69 ft . ; thence N46° 37' 09" W,
307.21 ft . ; thence N64° 20' S0" E,
and parallel with the East line of
,Teen Tract 3 and said-Tracts I and
the East line of said Tract 7,
70.8 ft.; thence N20° II' 49" W,
429.69 ft.; thence S31° 06' 30" E
said Tract I, 185.13 ft. to a point
on the South Iine of said Tract I; thence N89' 15' W along said South
I i ne, 294.0 ft. to the point of beginning,
containing 87,500 sq. ft.
or 2.0 acres more or less. From: "A "- One - family District To: "F" -

City of Little Rock, Arkansas more particularly described as: Begin-
ning at the northwest corner of said Tract 7; thence South 27d 36' 30" E
along the North I i ne of said Tract 7, 680.1 feet; thence South 64° 20'
50" West, 182.12 feet; thence North 20° 11' 49" West, 443.33 feet to a
point on the west I i ne of said Tract 7; thence North 0° 26' East along
said West line 265.67 feet to the point of beginning, containing

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
'h ecessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section I
hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
