AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 9101 KANIS ROAD IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -1462 - described as part of the NVh of the NA of Section
11, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, starting at the southwest corner of
NA of the NA; thence north 319.0 feet, thence east 196.0 feet to point of
beginning, thence north 515.5 feet to center line of Kanis Road (West 12th
Street Pike); thence southeasterly along center line 214.2 feet; thence
south 427.6 feet; thence west 196.0 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 2.137 acres +. From: "H "- Business District To: "A "- One - family
District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
