ORDINANCE NO. 12,239
AN ORDINANCE AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR
SUPERVISION OF PARKING AT WAR MEMORIAL
PARK AND CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE SLAB
BRIDGE; APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF EIGHT
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS
($8,560.00); AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law for the supervision of
parking at War Memorial Park and construction of a_ concrete slab
bridge; and
WHEREAS, the lowest:responsible and responsive bidders have
been determined and it is the desire of the Board of Directors to
authorize contracts on these items from the lowest responsible and
responsive bidders.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The lowest responsible and responsive bids on
contracts for supervision of parking at War Memorial Park and
construction of a concrete slab bridge are hereby accepted and
contracts awarded as follows:

SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the unexpended
balance in the General Fund and from those revenues generated by a
charge for parking at football games at War Memorial Park the sum of
$8,560.00.
