AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN OPTION TO PURCHASE TEN ACRES OF LAND IN
PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS TO BE USED FOR A
MATERIALS YARD-, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$35,000,00 FROM STREET FUNDS- AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Little Rock an
option to purchase from Industrial Development Company of Little
Rock, Arkansas ten (10) acres of land, more or less, in Pulaski
County, Arkansas described as:
East k of the North k of NWk of SEk, Section 32,
Township.l North, Range 12 West, containing 10
acres," more or less.
for'the sum of $35,000.00.cash.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the Street
Fund heretofore reserved for street improvements in the 1969 Budget
the sum of $35,000.00 to be used for the purpose of paying the
purchase price authorized in Section 1 hereof .
SECTION 3, This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage,
