AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$1,151.00 FROM THE STREET CONSTRUCTION
FUND TO STORM DRAINAGE'PROJECT #7
(BOND STREET) TO'PAY FOR-THE RELOCATION
OF- WESTERN UNION POLES; AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF:DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF.LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum- of $1,151.00 is hereby appropriated
from the Street Construction Fund to Storm Drainage Project- #7
(Bond Street) for the purpose of paying the Missouri- Pacific
Railway for the relocation of Western Union poles south of
Brucet s Mill.
SECTION 2. The City Manager -and Director of Finance
are hereby-authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant
or warrants in full payment of same.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect - from -and after its passage.
