AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM
UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE IN THE GENERAL
FUND PREVIOUSLY RESERVED FOR CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS BY ORDINANCE NO. 11,992;
AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR ROOFING AT THE
BUILDING'MAINTENANCE -SHOP; AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law for providing roofing
for the Building Maintenance Shop; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive bidders
have been• determined and it is the desire of the Board of Directors
to authorize the repairs to be done by the lowest responsible
and responsive bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The lowest responsible and responsive bid
on contract -.for providing roofing for the Building Maintenance
Shop is hereby accepted and contract is awarded as follows:

Little Rock, Arkansas
SECTION 2, There is hereby appropriated from the funds
previously reserved in the unappropriated balance of the General
Fund for Capital Improvements,. the sum of $1,825.82.
SECTION 3. Upon completion of the aforementioned
contracts-complying in all respects with the bidding specifications
and bid proposal, the City Manage-rand Dirac-tor of Finance are hereby

authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrant or warrants
in payment of the said purchase price.
SECTION,., This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from-and after its passage.
