AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $35,000.00 FROM
THE 1965 IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND TO
BE USED TOGETHER WITH OTHER MONIES FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF HOLT STREET PARK, PROJECT 93,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the 1965
Improvement Construction Fund the sum of $35,000.00 to be used
together with other funds for the construction of Holt Street
Park, Project 93.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance is
hereby authorized and directed to disburse the funds as
needed for the completion of this project.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
