AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF
. -THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2251 - Described as Lot 3, Block 4, Plateau
Addition - From: "B "- Residence District To: "F "- Commercial District
Subsection (b) - Z -2241 - Described as all of that portion of
Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, Block 1, Pine Crest Addition lying south of the south
right -of -way line of the proposed East -West Expressway. The remaining portions
of Lots 4 and 7, Block 2, lying south of the south right -of -way line of the
proposed East-West Expressway.
Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, and all of Block 4, Pine Crest Addition.
A tract of land described as follows: That portion of the NE34, SWIA, S44 of
Section 6, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, bounded by the following: The east
line of Pine Crest Addition to the City of Little Rock as platted, the south

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
