AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $19438.00
FROM THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND
TO PROVIDE A SALARY FOR THE CITY COLLECTOR FOR
THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER; AMENDING
THE 1968 BUDGET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 9A of the 1968 Budget is hereby
amended as follows:

SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the unexpended
balance of the General Fund the sum of One Thousand Four Hundred
Thirt;7 Eight and No /100 Dollars ($1,438.00) to provide the salary
for the City Collector for the months of November and December at
the rate of Seven Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($700.00) per month
including Thirty Eight and No /100 Dollars ($38.00) F. I. C. A.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
