AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS, AMENDM SECTION 43 -2
OF THE ODDE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2209 - Described as part of the NAj NW%
Section 24, T -1-N, R -12 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas described
as: Commence at the southeast corner of said NA NVh, thence north 20 feet, thence
north 88 degrees 57 minutes west 108 feet to point of beginning, thence north
88 degrees 57 minutes west 100 feet; thence north 95 feet; thence north 88 degrees
57 minutes west 106 feet; thence north 137 feet to a point on the southerly right-
of-way of State Highway #365, thence south 78 degrees 49 minutes east 210 feet
along said right-of-way line, thence south 194.9 feet to the point of beginning.

Subsection (f) - Z-2207,- Described as Lot 10, Block 160, John Barrow
Addition. From: "B"- Residence District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (g) - Z -2212 - Described as part of Tract 35, Leigh - Butler's
Acres, Section 30, T -1-N, R -12 W, more particularly described as beginning 185
feet north of southeast corner of Tract 35; thence west 363 feet to the west line
of said Tract; thence north along west line 185 feet; thence east 363 feet; thence

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and it is
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section l hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
