AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $11,000°00
FROM THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND
TO BE USED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO DEFRAY
COSTS INCURRED IN PROCEEDING WITH THE MODEL CITIES
PROGRAM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropraited $11,000°00 from
the unexpended balance of the General Fund to be used by the City
of Little Rock to defray the costs incurred in proceeding with the
Model Cities Program.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to disburse the funds hereby appro-
priated as needed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
