AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $6,000 FROM THE UNEXPENDED
BALANCE OF THE STREET FUND TO BE USED-BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
TO DEFRAY COSTS INCURRED IN IMPROVING PARKING AROUND WAR MEMORIAL
STADIUM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $6,000 from the unexpended balance of
the Street Fund to be used together with other monies by the City of Little Rock
to defray the cost incurred in improving the parking areas around War Memorial
Stadium.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorized
and directed to disperse the funds hereby appropriated as needed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage,
