AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$13,795.00 TO BE USED TOGETHER WITH
OTHER FUNDS HERETOFORE APPROPRIATED FOR
PAYING THE PREMIUM ON CITY'S CURRENT
VEHICLE LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the unexpended
balance of the General Fund the sum of $13,795.00 to be used together
with other funds heretofore appropriated for the purpose of paying the
annual premium on the City's vehicle liability insurance currently in
force.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
