12379ORDINANCE NO. 12,379 AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9556; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9556, enacted June 7, 1954, provided for the vacation and abandonment of certain streets and alleys, among which was a portion of Riffel Avenue described as from its inter- section with the North line, extended East, of Lot 7, Block 3 of Woodlawn Addition to its intersection with the East line of Fulton street; and WHEREAS, that portion of Riffel Avenue to be vacated should have been described as commencing from its intersection with the North line, extended East, of Lot 7, Block 10 of Woodlawn Addition to its intersection with the East line of Fulton street; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to correct the said description and amend Ordinance No. 9556 accordingly. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 9556, enacted June 7, 1954, is hereby amended to the extent that said ordinance released, vacated and abandoned a portion of Riffel Avenue in the City of Little Rock to read that Riffel Avenue is vacated and abandoned together with the rights of the public generally " from its intersection with the North line, extended East, of Lot 7, of Block 10 of Woodlawn Addition to its intersection with the East line of Fulton Street.' SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk shall be filed in the office of the Pulaski County Recorder and recorded in the Deed Records thereof. SECTION 3.
