AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 8500 WEST MARKHAM STREET IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -817 - Described as part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 2, Township
1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as: Beginning at a point on the north right -of -way line of West Markham Street,
210.0 feet west and 12.03 feet, north of the southeast corner of said NE 1/4
NW 1/4, Section 2, thence north 89° 39' west along said north right -of -way line,
210.0 feet; thence north 0° 42' east, 405.2 feet; thence north 89 °.21' east,
208.8 feet to a point near the east edge of the pavement of Rodney Parham Road;
thence south 0° 32' west, 408.8 feet to the point of beginning, containing
1.956 acres more or less. From: "A" One - family District To: "E -1" Quiet busi-
ness District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it is
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and desig-
nate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
