AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2365 - Described as Lot 5, Block 9,
Pettifer's Addition - From: "B "- Residence District To: "F "- Commercial
District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2135 - Described as Lot 5, Block 2, Ratterree's
Forest Park Highland's Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas, said Lot 5 extending
southerly to the centerline of a 12.5 foot alley. Also a tract of land
described as beginning at a point 25.0 feet west of and 133.5 feet north of
the southeast corner 12, SlAg, NE14i NIA4, Section 36, Township 2 North, Range
13 West, said point being on the west right -of -way line for Bryant Street;
run thence north along said west right -of -way line 66.75 feet; thence north
890 08' west 140.0 feet; thence south 66.75 feet; thence south 890 08'
east 140.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.21 acres more or
less. From: "A "- One - family District To: "D "- Apartment District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
