AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$10,339.14 FROM THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE
IN THE STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND TO PAY
THE CITY'S SHARE OF THE HIGH STREET
URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Street
Right -of -Way Fund the sum of $10,339.14; said sum to be paid the
Housing Authority for the City of Little Rock's share of the High
Street Urban Renewal project.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
