AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1970 BUDGET TO
CREATE AN ADDITIONAL POSITION OF POLICE
CAPTAIN IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT;
AUTHORIZING BUDGET CHANGES; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby created an additional position of
Captain in the Police Department. The City Manager and Director of
Finance are authorized and directed to make the necessary budget and
personnel changes to reflect the new position.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
