AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$40,000.00 FROM THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE
IN THE STREET FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THE REHABILITATION
AND PAVING OF THE EAST PARKING LOT OF
WAR MEMORIAL STADIUM; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the unexpended
balance in the Street Fund the sum of $40,000.00 to be used in the paving
and rehabilitation of the East parking lot of War Memorial Stadium.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
