AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $5,000.00 FROM
THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND
FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING "AN INTERIM
TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO THE MAYOR'S YOUTH
COUNCIL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDATNED BY THE 'BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the unexpended
balance of the General Fund the sum of $5,000.00 to be transferred
for the use and benefit of the Mayor's Youth Council to defer operating
costs until federal matching funds are received.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
