123470 zs 0 A- ro a) a� a Q) Z ORDINANCE NO. 12,347 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 -27 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES`OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SAID SECTION DEALING WITH SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN DANCE HALLS OR WHERE DANCING IS CARRIED ON; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. Section 4 -27 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock is hereby amended in'the manner and respects necessary to read as follows: "Sec. 4 -27. Sale in dance halls; exception. It shall be unlawful to sell or serve beer or light wines or allow the same to be consumed in any dance hall or place where dancing is carried on, and it shall be unlawful for dancing to be allowed in any place where beer or light wines are being sold, dispensed, serve or consumed; provided, however, that no part of this section shall apply to private homes being used exclusively as such, or to those establishments holding "mixed drink" permits applied for and received in accordance with Section 5, Act 132, Acts of Arkansas, 1969."
