AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$1500.00 FROM THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF
THE GENERAL FUND TO PROVIDE FOR THE INCREASE
OF SALARY FOR THE CIVIL SERVICE DIRECTOR AS
REQUESTED BY THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the un-
expended balance in the General Fund the sum of $1500.00 to provide
for an increase in the salary of Civil Service Director at the rate
of $125.00 per month.
SECTION 2. Section 4, Subsection A, Subdivision 7, of
Ordinance No. 12,302, which adopted the 1970 Budget, is hereby amended
in the manner and respects necessary to reflect the aforementioned
salary increase.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
