AN ORDINANCE AMENDING IN PART ORDINANCE NO. 12,281 PERTAINING TO
CREATION OF A POSITION OF PERSONNEL RECRUITER FOR THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12,281 of the City of Little Rock, enacted
October 6, 1969, created the position of Personnel Recruiter; and
WHEREAS, The Board of Directors now desires to provide a salary for the
Personnel Recruiter in keeping with the Position Classification and Pay Plan
of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The position of Recruiter referred to herein from the ef-
fective date of this Ordinance shall be considered a part of the Position
Classification and Pay Plan of the City of Little Rock and initially shall
have a classification of Factoran Grade 9 Step 2 as now in force and effect.
SECTION 2. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 12,281 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
