AN ORDINANCE VACATING, CLOSING AND ABANDONING PART OF
KENNETH STREET LYING EAST OF AND ADJACENT TO
LOT 1, BLOCK 48, UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION,
LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has found and determined that
the part of Kenneth Street lying East of and adjacent to Lot 1, Block
49, University Heights Subdivision, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas being a strip of land measuring 140 feet North to South
by 20 feet West to East has not been used as a public street and
that there is no need to retain same as a public street.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Pursuant to authority of Section 19 -2304 Arkansas
Statutes 1947 Ann. th4

SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the
City Clergy shall be filed in the office of the recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and recorded in the deed -records of said county.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
