AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 900 RESERVOIR ROAD IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be
and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -2392 - Described as all of Tracts 1, 3 and 4, R. D. Duncan Addition
to the City of Little Rock, from "A" One - family District to "MF -24" Multi-
family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
