ORDINANCE NO. 12,502.
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS
OF THE ARKANSAS STATE BOARD OF HEALTH PERTAINING
TO FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENTS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Rules and Regulations of the Arkansas State
Board of Health, promulgated under the authority of Act No. 96,
Acts of Arkansas of 1913, as amended,(Arkansas Statutes of 1947
annotated, Section 82 -110), pertaining to Food Service Estab-
lishments, are hereby adopted by the City of Little Rock both
in their present form and as hereafter amended by the Arkansas
State Board of Health.
SECTION 2. The Arkansas State Board of Health has prepared
and caused to be published, a guide for interpreting the rules
and regulations pertaining to food service establishments re-
ferred to in Section 1 hereof, copies of which are available
for public distribution in the City Health Department. The
interested public is encouraged to become familiar with the
said guide.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance is adopted in compliance with
and under the authority of Act No. 267, Acts of Arkansas of 1949,
(Arkansas Statutes of 1947 annotated, Sections 19 -2421 through
19- 2423) .
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
