ORDINANCE NO. 12,499
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2461 - Described as the north 96 feet of
Lots 4, 5, 6, and the west 37.5 feet of Lot 3, all in Block 1, Worthen and
Brown Addition, from "C" Two - family District to "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2457 and Z- 2457 -A - Described as the East Half
of Lot 19, all of Lots 20, 21, 22, and 23 and 24, Block 2, Riffel and Rhoton's
Forest Park Highlands Addition, from "A" One - family District to "D" Apartment
District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2462 - Described as all of North Half of NWk of
NE's, Section 4, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, from "A" One- family District to !W 24!1.- Multi-
family District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2468 - Described as the East Half of the West
Half of the NEB of the NEk of the NE14 of Section 30, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing
at the northeast corner of the NEk of said Section 30; thence west along the
north line of the NEk of said Section 30 a distance of 330 feet to the point
of beginning; thence continuing east along the north line of the E!j of the
W'11 of the NE4 of the NE14 of the NEk of the said Section 30, a distance of 165
feet to the northwest corner of the E' of the W!j of the NE14 of the NEk of the
NE14 of the said Section 30; thence south along the west line of the Ell of the
W- of the NEk of the NE14 of the NEk of the said Section 30 a distance of 661
feet to the southwest corner of the Ek of the W;g of NE4, NEk of the NEk of the
said Section 30; thence east along the south line of the Ell of the W'jj of the
NE14 of the NEk of the NE4 of the said Section 30 a distance of 165 feet to the
southeast corner of the Ell of the Ti's. of the NEB of the NEk of the NEB of said
Section 30; thence north 661 feet along the east line of the Ell of the A of
the NEk of the NE14 of the NEk of the said Section 30 to the point of beginning,
containing approximately 211 acres more or less, from "A" One- family District to
"I" Light Industrial District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
