ORDINANCE NO. 12,487
ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10 -45 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES PROVIDING FOR MAINTENANCE CHARGES IN
OAKLAND CEMETERY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 10 -45 of the Code of Ordinances pertaining to
perpetual care at Oakland Cemetery is hereby amended to read as follows:
"The board of commissioners of Oakland Cemetery
is hereby authorized to charge the owners of each
lot in Oakland Cemetery not provided with perpetual
care an annual fee not to exceed the sum of ten
dollars ($10.00). Fees so collected under the
provisions of this section shall be used for the
upkeep, and improvement of all lots and the surrounding
area of such lots which are not provided with perpetual
care."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
