AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $20,000.00 FROM
THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND
TO MODEL CITIES FOR THE CITY'S LOCAL SHARE
OF ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS FOR THE MODEL CITIES
PROGRAM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated $20,000.00 from
the unexpended balance of the General Fund to Model Cities for
the City's local share of Administrative costs for the Model
Cities Program.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized to issue the necessary warrant or warrants
not to exceed $20,000.00.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption,
