AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2432 - Described as the North Half of Lot 8,
and all of Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, Block 427, Duvall's Addition. From: "E "- Apartment
District To: "E -1 -A" Nursing Home, Lodging and Undertaking District,
Subsection (b) - Z -1522 - Described as Lots 4, 5,and 6, Block 7,
Fulton's Addition; From: "D "- Apartment and "E -1" Quiet Business Districts
To: "F "- Commercial District.

to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3 - That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
