AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $20,000.00 FROM
THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND
FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO BE MADE AT WAR MEMORIAL
PARK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, additional improvements need to be made at
War Memorial Park; and
WHEREAS, additional funds in the amount of $20,000.00
will be required for the making of said improvements by the De-
partment of Parks and Recreation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the unex-
pended balance of the General Fund the sum of $20,000.00 to the
Department of Parks and Recreation to be used for making improve-
ments at War Memorial Park.
