AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 1801 NORTH TAYLOR STREET
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -2419 - Described as the north 19.5 feet of Lot 7,
and all of Lot 8, Block 13, Mountain Park Addition. From: "V-One-
family District To: "F "- Commercial District. And all of Lot 9,
Block 13, Mountain Park Addition; From: "E -1" Quiet Business District
To: "'F "- Commercial District. And the south 25 feet of Lot 7, Block 13,
- Mountain Park Addition. From: "A "- One - family District To: "E -1 " Quiet
Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
"District Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
