AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2418 - Described as Lots 7, and 8,
Block 1, Capitol View Addition. From: "B "- Residence District To: "E"-
Apartment District.
Subsection (b) - Z -1469 - Described as all of Lot
B and the south 35 feet of Lot C, of Aaron Addition to the City of Little
Rock. From: "E -1" Quiet Business District To: "F"- Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
