AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION (b) OF SECTION 39 -73 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO PARKING IN ALLEYS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE.IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Subsection (b) of Section 39 -73 of the Code of Ordinances
pertaining to parking in alleys is hereby amended to read as follows:
(b) "It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle
in any alley, except one being used commercially and
identified as a 'commercial vehicle' by a marking or
sign or the name of the person, firm or corporation owning
or operating it on the windshield or body and then only
for the purpose of loading and unloading but for no longer
period than is necessary to load or unload.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage.
