AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION (b) OF
SECTION 39 -77.2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
PERTAINING TO FIRE LANES; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Subsection (b) of Section 39 -77.2 of the Code of
Ordinances pertaining to fire lanes is hereby amended to read as
follows:
(b) "Any person violating the provisions of this Section
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof shall be fined in a sum not less than $10.00
or more than $100.00."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and.after its passage.
