$50,000.00 FROM_THE.UNAPPROPRIATED
BALANCE. OF..THE .STREET _FUND FOR THE
LEGACY_. OF_ PARKS_ PROG.RAK,- AND= FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $50,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance of the Street Fund to be used
as an advance in the Legacy of Parks Program and to be refunded
to the City from Grant Funds heretofore applied for at such
time as said Grant Funds are received.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
