AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY AT 6301 BATTLE ROAD
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2542 - Described as part of Tract 36, Leigh and
Butler Acres in the NWT of Section 30, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Beginning at the southeast
corner of Tract 36; thence south 88° 54' west along the south line thereof
303.15 feet to the east rightof -way line of Battle Ibad; thence north
along said east right -of -way line 210.1 feet; thence north 88° 57' east
150.05 feet; thence north 0° 01' west, 372.9 feet; thence north 89° 52' east
153.3 feet to a point on the centerline of Woodcrest Drive; thence south
along the east line of Tract 36, 580.0 feet to the point of beginning, contain-
ing 2.7671 acres more or less. From: "A "- One - family District To: "ME 6"
Multi - family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2
of the Code of Ordinances of t he City of Little Ibck and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
