AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY AT 9300
LOETSCHER LANE, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2358 - Described as part of the S2 of the NWk of
Section 6, T -1 -S, R -12 -W, Little Rock Pulaski County, Arkansas described as:
commencing at the northeast corner of said S2 of NWk; thence south 0° 38'
west 569 feet; thence south 89° 30' west 25 feet to point of beginning,
thence north 0° 38' east 114 feet; thence south 89° 40' west 669.3 feet;
thence along a c urve to the left having a radius of 298.73 feet (chord
distance of 108.87 feet); thence around a curve to the right having a radius
of 343.56 feet (chord distance of 76.98 feet); thence south 14° 02' east
94.35 feet; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 50 feet
(chord distance of 78.82 feet); thence west 110 feet; thence along a curve
