AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY AT #1 AIRPORT
ROAD, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43:-2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2564 - Described as beginning at the intersection of
the west line of Factoria Avenue (the west line of Parsons Street, Factoria
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas ) and the north right -of -way line
of the extension of Roosevelt Road, thence west 1360 feet + along the north
right -of -way line of said Roosevelt Road to its intersection with the north
and south Quarter line of Section 13, T -1 -N, R -11 -W, said quarter line being
also the centerline extended of Clark Street, Factoria Addition to the City
of Little Rock, thence south 1685 feet + along said north and south quarter
line to a point on the north line of 30th Street, Factoria Addition to the
City of Little Rock, thence west 2390 feet + along the north line of 30th
Street to a point on the northeasterly right -of -way line of the Missouri
Pacific Railroad, thence in a northwesterly direction 1700 feet + along said

said Section, a distance of 517 feet to a point on the south right -of -way line

Section for 517.9 feet to a point on the south right -of -way line of East 26th

on the west right -of -way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence in a
southeasterly direction along said railroad right -of -way for 882.5 feet; thence

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be and it is hereby amended to t he extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
