AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of t he follow-
ing properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2570 - Described as all of Lots 1,
2, 28, 29, 30, 31 (east side), Block 2, Oak Glenn Addition. From: "C "-
Two - family District To: "E -1 -A" Nursing Home, Lodging and Undertaking
District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2106 - Described as a part of the
NEk Section 32, T -2 -N3, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at a point 1885.6 feet north and 503.8 feet
east of the southwest corner of SEk NEk, Section 32; thence north 02° 08'
west a distance of 243.8 feet; thence north 54° 46' east a distance of 151.4
feet; thence south 35° 16' east a distance of 370.6 feet; thence south 54°
56' west a distance of 289.85 feet; thence north 33° 27' west a distance of

of a 30 foot railroad right -of -way being the arc of a 367.0 foot radius curve

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section l hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
