AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE
UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND
TO DEFRAY THE COST OF ADDITIONS TO AND
REMODELING OF AIR CONDITIONING AT THE POLICE
AND COURTS BUILDING; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of Thirty -nine thousand, nine hundred and
sixty -one ($39,961.00) dollars is hereby appropriated from the unappro-
priated balance of the General Fund to defray the cost of additions
to and remodeling of the air conditioning system in the Police and
Courts building pursuant to contract awarded to Solarmatic, Inc. pur-
suant to Resolution No. 4761 adopted March 21, 1972.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
