AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 225 KINGSROW DRIVE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is
hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2541 - Described as Tract "C" Queen Manor and part of Tract "V" Kingwood
Place Additions to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly described
as: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Tract "C" said Queen Manor Addition; thence
North 880 50' West along the South line of said Tract "C" and the south line of Tract
"V" Kingwood Place Addition, 503.7 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 3, J. D.
Walthour Replat, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence North 63° 27' West
along the North line of said Lot 3, and the North line of Lots 2 & 1, said Replat
297.5 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence North 860 55' 30" West,
61.28 feet to the Northeast corner of Tract "V -3 ", said Kingwood Place Addition;
thence North 720 32' West along the North line of said Tract "V -3 ", 128.55 feet to
the Northwest corner thereof, said corner being on the West line of said Tract "V"
Kingwood Place Addition; thence North 230 50' East along said West line 33.4 feet;
thence continue Northeasterly along said West line, being the arc of a 196.8 foot
radius curve to the right, having a chord bearing and distance of North 530 34'
East, 195.2 feet to a point on the North line of said Tract "V"; thence North 83°
18' East along said North line and the North line of Tract "C ", said Queen Manor
Addition, 623.4 feet to the Northeast corner of said Tract "C "; thence South 150
40' East along the East line of said Tract "C ", 202.3 feet; thence South 27° 26'
East and continuing along said East line, 235.9 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 252,813.4 square feet or 5.804 acres, more or less, from "A" One- family
District to "MF 24" Multi- family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its passage and approval.
