AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO PAY
ARCHITECT EXPENSES IN RELATION TO AN
EMERGENCY OPERATING CENTER IN CITY HALL;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of Three thousand, one hundred,
thirty -two and 50/100 ($3,132.50) dollars is hereby appropriated
from the unexpended balance of the General Fund to be used for
the payment to Dan Cowling & Associates, Architects, in full
settlement of expenses incurred in the preparation of prelimi-
nary plans for remodeling the basement of City Hall to serve
as an Emergency Operating Center.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
