ORDINANCE NO. 12,589
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the follow-
ing properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2531 - Described as the North 2/3
of SE'k of Lot 1, Block 3, Watkins Addition. From: "B "- Residence District
To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2534 - Described as Lots 5 and 6,
Block 23, Jones and Worthen Addition. From: "B"-Residence District To: "C"-
Two- family District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2125 - Described as the North 93.3
feet of Lots 11, 12, 13 of Block 29, C. 0. Brack's Addition. From: "B "-

to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
