AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 5801 NEW BENZON HIGHWAY
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -1611 - Described as Lot 2, Subdivision of S'k DIET NEI,
and all of that part of Lot 3, Subdivision of S2 NEI NEI which lies east
of New Little Rock and Benton Highway and all that part of South 32.6 feet
of Wk N' NEI NEI which lies east of new Little Rock and Benton Highway, all
in Section 25, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
From: "A "- One - family District To: "H "- Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
